When you order our designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to the picture.
Please remember that each design is custom made. No two arrangements are exactly alike. Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your
bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.
Additionally, the substitution of certain containers or items may be necessary due to availability especially during major holidays.
In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute
with another color. Our professional staff of floral designers ar always eager to discuss any special design or product requests.

Delivery Policy:
A delivery fee will be added to each order for addresses in Lodi, Stockton, Woodbridge, Acampo, Galt, Lockeford, Clements, Thorton, Flag City, and Linden. Please note our same day delivery cut off time is 2:00 pm. Call our shop at 209-369-4709 to check availability. We deliver to all funeral homes. We deliver to area hospitals on Monday through Friday. All other deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Internet orders for weekend delivery are not accepted. Due to the mass amount of orders on major holidays such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, we cannot guarantee specific times of delivery.
